PrimerPrep offers access to digital, intangible educational materials. Because of the nature of digital goods, which can be immediately accessed and downloaded upon purchase, we operate under a strict "No Refund" policy.
All sales are final. Once you have purchased a premium pass or any other digital product and the access key or content has been provided to you, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation. Please ensure that the product meets your needs before completing your purchase.
If you experience any technical difficulties in accessing the materials you purchased, please contact our support team immediately. We are committed to ensuring you receive access to the content you paid for and will work to resolve any access issues promptly.
If you are unable to access purchased content due to a technical error on our part, we will resolve the access issue within 24 hours of a support request. If we are unable to restore access within 48 hours, you will be eligible for a full refund.
If the content you receive is materially and substantially different from what was described at the time of purchase, please contact us within 7 days. We will review the complaint and issue a refund at our discretion.
